Valerie writes, "In chapter 15 there is a great lesson on the Atonement - this is a table I made to help us apply the Atonement. Also there is a handout for the scripture Alma 14:26 - a scripture to memorize - are we bound by our sins? Memorizing this scripture can be a strength as we try and break the cords or sin that bind us."

We need reminding in our daily lives how indebted we are to Jesus Christ that he did atone for all mankind and thankful allso to Our Heavenly Father that for Their love for us He presented the world gifting us His beloved Precious Son .to have witnessed His been sacrificed enduring agonising and the most anguished ecruiating exceeded amount of pain mere mortals could not of with stood must of been so unbearable for God Our Heavenly Father to have done .That i personal think thereafter the Atonement took place in The Garden of Gethsemane Oir Savior then having been crucified nailed to the cross God in the moment Jesus had enquired to why He assumed His Father had forsaken Him Our Heavenly Father must have turned His Head because of so much sorrow for His Son..
